A: Our fees are: (updated 12/7/2025)

  • Initial Consultation (up to 60 minutes): $110

  • Standard Consultation (up to 30 minutes): $100

  • Extended Consultation (up to 60 minutes): $125
    Prices may vary; please contact us or check our website for the most up-to-date fees.

    • Concessional discounts apply with a current health care card, student card or pension holder at the rate of $5 less​

Q: What should I wear to my appointment?

A: You can book an appointment with Move Wise Osteopathy by calling us directly, through our website booking system, or via online platforms.

Q: Can I use a Medicare plan for osteopathy?
A: Yes, if your GP has referred you under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, you are eligible for Medicare rebates for osteopathic care. At Move Wise Osteopathy, these appointments are bulk billed with a small gap fee of $40 per consultation. Please bring your referral and Medicare card to your appointment.

​Q: What qualifications do osteopaths have?
A: Osteopaths in Australia complete a minimum of five years of university training in anatomy, physiology, pathology, diagnosis, and hands-on treatment. All our osteopaths are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Q: What age groups do you treat?
A: We treat people of all ages, from children to older adults, tailoring care to each individual’s needs and health status.

Q: What payment options are available?
A: We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and private health insurance claims on the spot through HICAPS.

Q: Will I need imaging or X-rays?
A: In most cases, a thorough examination is enough to diagnose your issue. If we feel imaging is necessary, we can refer you for further investigations.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

Q: Is there parking and wheelchair access available?
A: Yes. Move Wise Osteopathy has convenient onsite parking and street parking nearby. Our clinic is wheelchair accessible, with step-free entry to ensure all patients can attend comfortably. If you have any specific access needs, please let us know when booking.
